Microlytes are amazing & a great hangover preventive as well! I have a glass after running to help with hydration & then thought I wonder if they will have the same effect after over indulging with alcohol. I drink a glass before I go to bed and it actually works for me! I don’t have that sluggish feeling in the morning after a night out anymore, will be using them all the time now! I sometimes have a glass before going out, during the summer months with daytime drinking to keep me hydrated. Will be ordering these all the time!!
