The customer service is a joke. I received a defective item. (A sleeve of a glass bottle had stains; and when I washed it, the print pattern came off and faded). I reported this issue with evidence photos, and they offered me £5 voucher with a minimum purchase requirement and an expiry date 🤣 As it does not solve my problem, I suggested that I send back the whole thing for their investigation and they refund me - they became a ghost 👻 No response. 🤷🏻♀️ The bottom line is that they don't bother to check how this defective happened. There's no quality assurance mindset.
