I am rubbish at drinking water, i have tried water drops before and they really made a difference to my hydration through the day, they are great for kids school water bottles as they're not allowed juice and my youngest is terrible at drinking plain water and they have the added benefit of vitamins, when i run out i really feel the difference. I should really sign up for the subscription but haven't committed as yet. The flavours are great and i do have my favourites. I would recommend waterdrops to everyone!
