Need to use a better carrier - Yodel are NOT the right fit for a premium company like Waterdrop.
I was stood on my doorstep waiting for the delivery and the next minute the app changes from you are next to sorry we missed you!
They must have just driven past. I even have a ring doorbell and there was nothing on that either.
