It certainly helps me with my water intake as I am enjoying the different flavours. Knowing I should drink water didn't make me do it but now your waterdrops make it a pleasure. Among the flavours I use is Peach and Ginger my only criticism is ginger is too subtle, that's a personal taste. Not often something to enjoy is good for you but your products tick both boxes.
