I am normally very happy with my Waterdrop orders but in this instance I was very disappointed. I placed my order on 15 December 2024 but it was not delivered until 2 January 2025.
When I raised a query with customer services, I was told to refuse the order BUT everyone knows that these days if you are not in the courier just doorsteps the items
