Over the years, I have redeemed my points and received many brilliant free items. I also use the app, which helps me drink more water. The only room for improvement is the company that delivers for them as it isn't the best. They have lost multiple orders and are less trustworthy than previous companies that delivered for Waterdrop. You have to be prepared to wait and order in advance before you run out. Overall, Waterdrop is a five-star company.
