The Waterdrop cubes were substandard - crumbling, not going to the bottom of the glass before dissolving.
The discoloured pod packaging immediately made me fear the worst, and those fears were quickly confirmed.
This is the second time this has happened in a matter of weeks.
I am furious and, having purchased waterdrops on previous occasions, I am now very dubious about doing so in the future.
It’s a situation that is wholly unacceptable and I want immediate redress!
