Not at all as advertised. This product would be great if it worked as advertised. Unfortunately, the flow sensor rarely works and the Test is useless, so the only useful info I get from day to day is water temp, free chlorine and pH. I could get a $30 test kit for that. I sent in a Test sample because it is advertised as a free service, but it took 3 months to get results. I ended up giving up and going to my local pool products provider a month after I sent in the test to WaterGuru. I couldn’t wait any longer to get a test done. The other big complaint I have with this product is the website. It is pretty much useless. The how-to videos are for a different version of the product and they don’t really help with troubleshooting or problem solving. If your product works exactly like it should (and it doesn’t) then the website has info. But you won’t need it because if you figured out the batteries and app installation on your own then you are better off than if you log into the webpage. If you do log into the page, ignore the chat icon because nobody is there. The only way to communicate consistently is via email. It’s still not effective communication but it is fairly quick. They respond within a day every time. Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone. It is a great idea and would be awesome if it worked, but as it is now, your are paying about $200 more than you need to pay for the information and service you are getting.
