I like the product but the support is woefully inadequate. I've sent 2 water samples in and never received a response. I've had questions and left messages and got no reply. If you could develop a chemical delivery system that would attach to the inflow by the pump I would purchase it immediately. The current system sitting over the skimmer on the pool deck doesn't work.
