This is a very simplistic device that checks your water for chlorine, pH, tempurature, and water flow. I have it set up to test daily. The results go to my phone. I would recommend professional testing at the beginning of the season. I use the Waterguru for daily testing year round, in session and out of season. I keep my pool running 24/7. I live in the Memphis, tn area. The only additional cost are the test cartridges, which you can get 3 for $50. I cannot recommend this device enough...
