I loved this product when it worked. I changed the cassette and batteries and it worked for a few readings and now will not connect despite having full wifi bars and my phone being right next to it. I have changed the batteries and cassette multiple times and tried deleting the app and re-installing and nothing works. Hoping that I will hear back from customer service because when it works this is fantastic.
