Arrived to be directed into a bay where I was met by Steve who asked me to stand aside as he proceeded to jack up the front end and removed the wheel. I must have been one of those distracting customers we all loathe who is actually interested in how this puncture repair happens. Anyway, Steve kept his cool, even whilst I took pictures on my mobile, and turned the job around while explaining how it works and showed me the new tyre machine they use. I gladly squared him up and was on my way again. Great service made easy, thanks.
