Wavecrest is based in the dodgy tax haven Gibraltar from where they have been issuing prepaid cards to dodgy gaming companies for many years.
I have been client of Wave Crest myself until my card one day just stopped work and Wave Crest never answered me how I could get my money back.
Recently it seems that VISA have success in shutting down this dodgy company as many people all over the internet now are reporting the same - cards stopping to work.
The company is run by Brent Almeida as the CEO and John Racine as the Chairman.
