A real gem of the boards. We stayed 7 nights in the Marsh View lodge. Incredible break away and would certainly recommend. Hand sanitisers across the site. Friendly staff, hot tub maintained daily features in lodge perfect, views breathtaking ! The list goes on! We ate a few times in the restaurant which was wonderful, outside dining chilly on some days ( mid April),but can’t be helped. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Food great. We have a 4 year old who loved the on-site park. Really liked the on-site recycling facilities as this is something we do a lot of at home. The only aspect I would suggest needs a bit more attention, was the cleaning. Asking customers to check out by 9.30am and check in from 5pm is understandable however I found a pair of socks left from the previous visitors and the cheese grater with cheese along the front. So perhaps the 7.5 hours between customers isn’t used as thoroughly as I thought. It’s not the end of the world and didn’t get us down! Would return! Thank you for a fab stay!
