Our first visit we were disappointed our Yurt was very tired and in need of being upgraded. Mould, blood stained inside, floor damaged. Wood burner flue rusted through. Outside area also needed a spruce up, benches dirty unkept & NO outdoor chairs as advertised. In lockdown these things should have been given a facelift or maintained.
The bar and restaurant were understaffed.
However reception staff were lovely as were the pool staff.
