Staff are excellent and friendly.
Unfortunately the lodge (thorpe) and hot tub did not in anyway match the visuals on the booking website.
The website showed a very nice hot tub on a balcony overlooking open countryside. None of the Retreat spa accommodation had such a layout. This could be classified as misleading advertising and create serious consequences.
I will be taking this up with Hoseasons with whom I booked.
Very disappointed the lodge did not match the one advertised.
I do intend to take this further.
