We had a lovely stay in the Herringfleet Lodge but want to bring three issues to your attention. The mattress on one of the single beds needs replacing- I could feel the springs and had to lay my dressing gown on it before I go to bed. Secondly, the shower in the ensuite needs attention. It is very hot and we were unable to make it cooler- this could be very dangerous if a child were to use it.
Finally, the lock also needs attention as it is very difficult to unlock and lock from the outside - it feels like the workings inside the lock needs replacing.
