Crew mostly v.helpful and friendly, lovely well equipped lodge,comfortable beds,welcome pack nice touch. Need better maps for walks and simple wooden sign post once over foot ferry would be helpful. Hooks on back of doors please. 2 women in reception tues morning (5 June) unfriendly and could do with customer care training. Why not stock your shop with more local artisan products eg Norfolk gin?
