We arrived late, so reception was closed but there was a number to ring. Once inside we were greeted well and shown to our room. The room was lovely, comfy bed nice decent shower and coffee/tea available. Only downfall is I opted for a river view but the room we got didn't have this I didn't mention anything as it was the same price.
