This was our third stay at the Waveney Hotel
The room was comfortable but we thought it is very `penny pinching` to not have toiletries in the room although it is stated in both your literature & on the web site that complementary toiletries are offered
The service at breakfast was not g And when we asked how long we would have to wait we were told that due to a system malfunction the order had not been placed although customers who arrived after us were served.
All in all very poor service and it is obvious that more staff are required .
