When recently buying a plugin bundle, I very soon thereafter realised I would need to upgrade and get another bundle to get the plugins I wanted. Since I had made the purchase recently, they credited me the full amount of the first purchase and manually invoiced me the difference to the bundle I really wanted.
That's the kind of service that you sadly enough cannot count on getting from software companies anymore, but is greatly appreciated once you get it. Thank you, Waves!
