Wax was fantastic when I first placed coverage with them, personal touch, responsive and great to work with. However as the company has grown and they have attempted to automate and likely offshore back office support, the impact has been extremely noticeable. Information is spotty at best and is not conveyed accurately. Billing is an absolute nightmare, with wax just deciding what account to charge the annual premium to without my approval, causing significant downstream ripple effects. Multiple systems involved that don’t communicate and just a poor overall experience. The product is great as it’s written by Chubb, and the ability to add and access policy is great. The service and back office is horrific.
