Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a sofa that was supposed to arrive in 6 weeks (it arrived 2 weeks late) . The delivery process was a complete mess: one day I was told it would come the next day, then I was told it wouldn’t. There was constant confusion and zero clear communication.
On the actual day it was finally meant to arrive, I was home waiting, only to receive a notification saying the delivery had been “missed” even though no one knocked or rang. The driver apparently couldn’t find me and instead of trying again, they decided to cancel the order and refund me. I called the driver and asked him to come back (he was literally around the corner, or so he claimed), but he refused.
To make things worse, they only gave me a partial refund and told me to reorder the same sofa which now costs £400 more. I am left without a sofa, no real help, and extra stress thanks to their incompetence.
I have no words for this level of service. They didn’t resolve the issue, they made it worse. Be very careful if you’re thinking of ordering from them.
