They said delivery was 20th Oct didn't happen now saying it's not even shipped yet. I think we will just have our money back

Poorly Made and Impossible to Assemble This wardrobe has been an absolute nightmare. When I unpacked it, several boards were already slightly damaged. I decided to overlook that at first, but during assembly, it became clear the product suffers from serious manufacturing and quality control problems None of the parts were labeled, making assembly confusing and time-consuming. The door boards weren’t pre-drilled, so I couldn’t attach them at all. Key hardware like dowel pins was missing. Several required holes weren’t drilled, making proper assembly impossible. The connectors are too small and poorly designed to hold the structure together. I

Ordered a bed and a sofa on the same day, received the sofa a few days later on the date they gave me. Part 2 of the bed was delivered the next day and I'm still waiting over a week later for part 1 of the bed.

I found it hard when you have a problem with a product. That you don’t get to speak to a human. Even through their what’s app group seems to be very hard for them to see the videos ., it’s like talking to a robot instead of a human . I had sent videos and having to describe the problem more than once . Then being transferred to an email a supplier . But it’s not from the supplier it’s Wayfair passing on the messages instead .

This company has to a joke and most unreliable company ever. I made an order back on the 8th of September 2025, was given an estimated delivery date and all but on the same week on the Sunday I received an email saying my order will be delayed for an another 3 whole weeks and just when you thought it couldn't get any better at the end of the 3weeks ,I yet just realised another email saying my order will be delayed like what a joke. And they are also messing around with the prices, because when I checked on line for the same items I had ordered it showing me they changed it also to a whole different name and different prices on them. Absolutely misleading

I am really disappointed with Wayfair customer service and the approach when it comes to a return. At start it looked nice and easy- I have processed the return and was waiting for DHL to collect my item however after 8 attempts (assigned slots by DHL) no one turned up at each occasion so I have contacted them directly (- no help again) as well as Wayfair customer service and at this point they asked if I could drop the item off to a local drop off point which I have tried but no point would accept this item due to a large dimensions, therefore I have attempted to contact customer service again in order to find a different solution twice during the week however no response whatsoever. This is really frustrating that I've spent so much time on trying to contact them and took a lot of time of work to be at home for DHL collection as per their allocated time slot and no one is trying to resolve this issue... really disappointing.

I was sold a faulty product drawer unit that the drawers would not fit. Would not give money back until collected however company wouldn’t collect unless dismantled and re packaged, I am out of pocket for missing parts I had to buy paid £800 for unit absolute garbage only for for the bin. Company not interested when item is faulty

Wrong product, dishonest service I ordered the Cunha 3-Drawer Chest from Wayfair but was sent the cheaper Vida Denver 3-Drawer Chest. The listing promised metal drawer slides – I received cheap plastic runners. When I complained, customer service denied any difference, claimed it was “just a name change,” and treated me with disrespect. This is mis-selling and a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Appalling customer service, misleading advertising, and zero accountability. Avoid Wayfair.

disgusting company, left a disabled lady without a mattress for 2 days and counting. when begged for help nobody cared nobody did anything to help. absolutely disgusting.

Rude delivery driver - appalling customer service experience. My item arrived over an hour early and the deliery guy was lucky I was already home to receive it. I pressed release on the outer door of the apartment block on his first buzz and spoke saying yes, thanks, but he still held the buzzer for a second time. I walked over and released it again - holding down the button to enable him to get through. He buzzed again for a third time holding down the buzzer aggressively (so weird) and then a fourth time. I'm just stood there at the speaker thining WTAF are you doing? He never spoke, greeted me, the paying customer. I've taken a photo of his unmarked DHL van and reported him there too. A bot could have done better and hopefully will!! I will also think twice before ordering from Wayfair - don't want to deal with DH-ELL!

Ordered a Sofa, was given a delivery slot. Got rid of our old sofa ready. Sofa didn't arrive, but given a new date the following week. Sofa didn't arrive, told Sofa was lost in transit... Didn't offer any resolution, no options. I won't use them again!

I placed an order for 6 mugs and paid on the 15th June through PayPal. The parcel didn't arrive and it showed on my ordered items as delayed. Today when I went on my orders it had disappeared from my order list. I contacted Wayfair who denied I had ordered it even though the money had gone from my account. I have now had to get a refund through PayPal.... dreadful customer service will never be ordering from them again.

Awful experience with Wayfair, ordered an item costing £350, waited over 4 weeks for it and product never arrived, asked for a refund, said unable to process as item has been dispatched, item never arrived, ended in the £350 being store credit! Now stuck with store credit for a site I no longer wish to use again. Plus the “assistants” were incredibly unhelpful and useless.

Ordered a table with a glass top..it arrived with a hole in the box and the glass was smashed completely.. no markings on the box to indicate that the contents were fragile or made of glass..when I contacted wayfair about the damage..I was directed by an employee of wayfair to a tech support website..which charged £1 to advice me..which was ok..3 days later another £35 was taken from my account..so be very aware when contacting wayfair to complain..

Bought a bed frame and less than 2.5 years ago and the leg holding the frame has completely sheered off and the support has also broken off. I paid over £600 for it and they have said it is my problem. You would expect a bed frame to last at least 5-10 years at the very minimum. I will never use Wayfair again and I highly suggest you avoid at all costs.
