I placed an order for 6 mugs and paid on the 15th June through PayPal. The parcel didn't arrive and it showed on my ordered items as delayed. Today when I went on my orders it had disappeared from my order list. I
contacted Wayfair who denied I had ordered it even though the money had gone from my account. I have now had to get a refund through PayPal.... dreadful customer service will never be ordering from them again.
