Wrong product, dishonest service
I ordered the Cunha 3-Drawer Chest from Wayfair but was sent the cheaper Vida Denver 3-Drawer Chest. The listing promised metal drawer slides – I received cheap plastic runners. When I complained, customer service denied any difference, claimed it was “just a name change,” and treated me with disrespect. This is mis-selling and a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Appalling customer service, misleading advertising, and zero accountability. Avoid Wayfair.
