I am really disappointed with Wayfair customer service and the approach when it comes to a return. At start it looked nice and easy- I have processed the return and was waiting for DHL to collect my item however after 8 attempts (assigned slots by DHL) no one turned up at each occasion so I have contacted them directly (- no help again) as well as Wayfair customer service and at this point they asked if I could drop the item off to a local drop off point which I have tried but no point would accept this item due to a large dimensions, therefore I have attempted to contact customer service again in order to find a different solution twice during the week however no response whatsoever. This is really frustrating that I've spent so much time on trying to contact them and took a lot of time of work to be at home for DHL collection as per their allocated time slot and no one is trying to resolve this issue... really disappointing.
