Followed measurement instructions, was sent a helmet that was too big. Contacted WCL and was told I had to pay return shipping. Was then told that they would send me a return shipping label IF I purchased something else.
I've been contacted by WCL. They've stated that I should change my review because my issue has been resolved.....
My issue hasn't been resolved. I measured my head and went by the size chart provided. After contacting the company, I was left with an oversized helmet through no fault of my own.
