I was really excited to receive my freezer pods, to gift my newborn (and me!) for Christmas. But the silicone was faulty (peeling) on arrival. I've written three emails and one FB message over 13 days since opening them, as I'm keen to get a replacement before Christmas, but I'm yet to get a response. Instead, I've received two generic emails seeking feedback. Main piece of feedback is to ensure you have a more responsive feedback mechanism and way to return faulty goods at no cost or effort on the purchaser's behalf.
