“Very disappointed with customer service. Order of freezer pods took well over 6 months to arrive. Attempts to contact the company via email, phone or social media were unsuccessful. Would never order from here again.”

Hi Tessa, I am one of the new owners of Wean Meister. As explained in our email to you, my partner Ashleigh and I took over the business from 1 July this year and were under the impression that any orders placed prior to that date were taken care of. It seems that the item you ordered remained on back order and was then automatically sent once they were once again in stock. We apologise for your poor experience and thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can now proactively work out who else may have been affected. “I was really excited to receive my freezer pods, to gift my newborn (and me!) for Christmas. But the silicone was faulty (peeling) on arrival. I've written three emails and one FB message over 13 days since opening them, as I'm keen to get a replacement before Christmas, but I'm yet to get a response. Instead, I've received two generic emails seeking feedback. Main piece of feedback is to ensure you have a more responsive feedback mechanism and way to return faulty goods at no cost or effort on the purchaser's behalf.”

“We love our products!! I ordered the small and large bowls with the lids and the freezer pots. It’s still a little early to be using them for our new baby but we have one of the large bowls a try and made some fresh popcorn. It was a winner! Love how many uses each item can be used for !! And the quality is fantastic!!”

“The freezer pods have been great in terms of functionality, making freezing bulk purées a breeze, and the portion size is perfect for my baby. The main issue I have with the product (and the reason for 3 stars rather than 5) is the horribly overpowering smell of the silicone. This is the only silicone product we have that smells like this and it is incredibly off-putting and just doesn’t go away (have tried both hand washing/scrubbing and dishwasher). Very unfortunate as apart from this it’s a great product, but I probably wouldn’t purchase again for this very reason.”

“Great quality products. You really do get what you pay for. I am yet to use the items I bought for its intended purpose but I used one of the freezer pods for ice cubes and it's great. So I can already tell that it would be great once I start freezing my babies food.”

“I've come back to your store 3 times over the past few years now. Your plates, bowls, bibs are a must in our household. Every meal! Absolutely love the star sign bibs we just purchased too. To be able to pop the plates & bowls in the microwave, the fridge, know they won't be broken if dropped, pop them in the dishwasher.. just couldn't live without them.”

“Our family have been using Wean Meister bowls, plates and cups daily for 2 years and all the pieces still look like new. We have since gifted or repurposed freezer pods and bibs, still using adora bowls for storing leftovers. All the pieces are well designed and practical, easy for kids to use, unbreakable and they clean well in the dishwasher. These are a great quality products that last and have been a good investment. “I ordered 2 bowls and I just love them. I bought Them actually for myself to have my porridge in and it’s just so satisfying eating from that bowl. It has a lovely feel about it and easy to hold. We use it for My grandson as well. Love them”
