The freezer pods have been great in terms of functionality, making freezing bulk purées a breeze, and the portion size is perfect for my baby. The main issue I have with the product (and the reason for 3 stars rather than 5) is the horribly overpowering smell of the silicone. This is the only silicone product we have that smells like this and it is incredibly off-putting and just doesn’t go away (have tried both hand washing/scrubbing and dishwasher). Very unfortunate as apart from this it’s a great product, but I probably wouldn’t purchase again for this very reason.

I ordered the spoons, scoopsy bowl and the Adora Bowls. Love the spoons, the bowl is okay nothing amazing. The Adora bowls lid does not sit flush and looks weird like it is too small, It sits flush on one of the sides so it seems like it should fit the same way around the entire bowl. I emailed customer service with pictures about my concerns with the bowl, I am still waiting to hear back - it has been over a week - very long process. I don't think the Adora bowls are worth it. Definitely invest in the spoons though my son loves just playing with them.

Spoons are easily stained permanently if not washed right after feed. Also, there is slight defect on the spoon when I received it, but return with own cost Policy puts me off. Will not recommend your products as it does not meet my expectation, and there are other good alternative brands too.

Positive: gorgeous colours and teethers are perfect for little hands and mouths. Constructive: freezer pods give off a very strong toxic smell when they thaw from the freezer. The whole kitchen smells like plastic/chemical.

I bought 2 cups and 2 bowls. After multiple washes and air drying the cups still have a terrible smell, lo refuses to drink from them and I can’t blame her. The bowls were a much better purchase. Unfortunately I just can not recommend the cups.

I'm pretty disappointed that the product stains when you put carrot puree in it. It was the first meal I fed my baby with the Wein Meister product, and now it's ruined - and can't be removed. Also, the chewy spoons are too big for my little one's mouth.

I love the products but I’m a bit disappointed that one of my spoons is now stained yellow from my baby’s food? It was only left for a couple hours without being washed as having a 4 month old can be really distracting and time consuming. Went to go wash the bowl and spoon, and couldn’t get the colour out of the spoon. Really made me mad..

Products are good. However the service via the website isn’t so great. Website had a glitch and I tried to buy the whole set. Half of the items weren’t available. I would of thought with the mess around that maybe I would of got a free set of spoons. Nope nothing. Customer service is lacking.

Hi Rebecca, So sorry your order got caught up with that inventory glitch. That was unlucky, we closed the website down after that until we were sure it was fixed. As far as customer service, I was able to see the thread and Jodie had personally communicated with you 3 times about the whole thing and from re-reading it looks like it all was kindly resolved. the products were perfect but the courier company you are using deserve lower than 0 rate. They never try to deliver and didnt even leave a collection card, just email me that i need to pick up my parcel from a newagency which is 3.8km away from my home otherwise parcel will be returned. I had to drive to there with my newborn baby.

Great products- I don’t use any other bibs, the freezer pods are great, and we’re starting to use the cup more (at one year). The bibs are just rinse and reuse, they actually do make life easier! I’m giving all my friends with new babies bibs so they don’t have to battle trying to get stains out of cotton ones! Customer service has left a bad taste in my mouth the handful of times I’ve dealt with them. Quite rude and not very helpful when they did answer my emails, and I had two emails that went completely unanswered. Combined with spelling mistakes, and a general air of “I don’t care”, it is very unprofessional. Website is a bit clunky- too many click throughs to the actual pages where you purchase. I think it takes twice as long as it should to buy products. Also email newsletters promoting products that aren’t in stock (and haven’t been for some time) are just plain frustrating. Overall- five star products that are let down by two star customer service.

Oh gosh Pammy, I really appreciate your feedback and absolutely hate that we let you down from a customer service point of view. We usually excel in this area. I can only put it down to having a very challenging year with my own baby twins which has left me with some frustrating out of stock issues, that has made it so difficult for Jodie (customer services) who really does care. I have recently made some big changes to our back end systems and new website coming very very soon! So rest assured all that you have mentioned will be rectified, if it's not already. I bought these on a recommendation of a friend, as soon as I started my 6mo on solids. I think the product is relatively expensive and hard for me to find space for in my fridge / freezer. Maybe if they’d come apart I could stack them - have more use for them as individual serves etc. Delivery was speedy and the design and packaging is lovely, but personally the product for me is not practical and I found other products at a lower price.

love their products. however very disappointed with their customer service. i emailed to advise that my products arrived dirty / dusty and followed up with a second email. I am still awaiting a reply 4 months later....

Whilst I like the products, they discolour terribly, even after the first use, they are just no good for storing pumpkin or carrots, the ridges on the freezer pods also make them difficult to wipe clean
