Customer service was excellent. I was able to do an exchange without much hassle. I ordered a blouse as well as an undershirt. Unfortunately a button fell of the blouse before I even had a chance to wear it but I still like it and love the fit of it. However the blouse was pretty expensive so rather annoying to lose a button so quickly.
