“I have ordered from Numi for several years. Their undershirts are great. I wear them every day. But recently, they are not able to fill orders. I placed an order in October and inquired numerous times about the status of my order In November, December, January, and February. They always responded promptly. I was told at times that items were out of stock and I chose replacement items. Then I would be told upon my next inquiry that those items were out of stock and I would select other items. Another time, I was told they were too busy filling holiday orders to help me. And ultimately, they were not able to complete the order and refunded my money. An entirely disappointing experience.”
“emailed 4 times to get a return approved. They kept telling me they were busy. When I told them I was going to write a poor review for something as simple as giving me return information to process, they finally responded telling me that since I got 10% off as a first time buyer I could not return the item. It was never worn still had the tags on and original bag. First time last time buyer for sure and telling everyone I can, the customer service is beyond poor and unprofessional. Certainly are not like Nordstroms even though they charged a HEFTY price and certainly not user friendly like Amazon. I requested a refund which they told would hit my account within 7 to 21 business days- almost a month and a half later I have received nothing and all of my attempts to contact them go unanswered. “I wrote customer service to let them know that the product I ordered did not fit comfortably. I was asked to confirm some information and was told I would be receiving a prepaid return label. That was a week ago. I have followed up every day since with no response. I’ve tried initiating a new claim, and I even tried the customer service phone number that I found online. I’m not saying that this is a good or bad product. I’m just saying that they give a 30 day moneyback guarantee. I purchased three T-shirts and I’ve not heard back which I think is pretty poor customer service.”
“Please beware of this company. I ordered from here and got hit with a $135 bill from FedEx for tariffs. While I understand the tariff situation is not the company’s fault, FedEx sent me the bill instead of them. Numi confirmed via email that I would not be responsible for the charges when I brought to their attention, but FedEx continues to follow up. Numi stopped replying to my emails (4 sent with no reply over two weeks). Unprofessional company - not worth it. Be advised that there was no mention of additional charges at the time of purchase.”
“I've been wearing Numi all winter and it makes such a difference not to have to wash sweaters between each wear because Numi keeps the pits protected! Best clothing purchase I ever made. I ordered more crop tops for summer because I did find it uncomfortable to wear a full extra layer in the heat, but I also wore the crops all winter under sweaters so they're versatile. Can't tell you how much peace of mind and effortless confidence these undershirts have given this sweaty Betty!
I will say that the undershirts with unhemmed sleeves tend to roll up on the edge if under a tighter fitting shirt so there is some adjusting necessary, but that is minor compared to the benefit I've gotten.”

“The returns process is ridiculous! I am still trying to get a return shipping label sent after submitting my return request yesterday, only to hear that my submission was being "Reviewed." Huh?? It's brand new, tags on, came in the mail that day, never worn, and I just want to repackage and get it sent back! When I complained to customer service all I got was the link for the Returns portal but it did not work because I'd already submitted it! C'mon Numi! This is TOO HARD! “Great product! Really saves on laundry and dry cleaning. The crew neck t-shirt is very comfortable and fits well under sweaters. Only gave 4 stars because the fit is inconsistent. I have 6 undershirts, and they all fit a little differently! Some are much smaller/larger than others.”

Unfortunately a button fell of the blouse before I even had a chance to wear it but I still like it and love the fit of it. However the blouse was pretty expensive so rather annoying to lose a button so quickly.”
