I use many Webkul modules on my Prestashop ecommerce site. Most of them are great for me as-is and I think they are excellent additions to my site. Where I think Webkul excels is that when their product isn't an exact fit for your need, they are willing to work with you to make it exactly as you'd like. I started with one of their modules, which was great, but I needed a lot more. I've done the work slowly over time, as it's a big investment for me, and I need to test every iteration myself. The team there is very flexible, works fast, and does recognize when there are mistakes and they clean them up and ensure I have a working product. I'm not an easy customer to please, and I've had a few issues over the development cycle, but I feel that is normal and to be expected, and it is more how they handle the issues (as opposed to just not being happy that issues happen - it's life...)
