I purchased an update to a payment gateway VM/Stripe. After using their support to develop the plugin further we decided that the SCA Stripe updates were not fully compatible with VM yet and so requested a refund. Refund was given immediately. So even though we did not get the desired result with the plugin we did get our money back thanks to the great customer support. Would have been 5 star if the plugin worked as expected but the support was excellent. I would use again.
