POOR SUPPORT. Always they force customer to pay again and again for their Buggy App & Products. Even we pay the customization fee. If any issues caused on their works, we need to pay again for their mistakes. ALSO THEY DON'T HAVE A QA / TESTING TEAM. Their way to talking on their support tickets is very rude & Very very poor support. We had paid more than 3000$ for their Buggy Apps Still we are unable to use for our productions. Also Recently we are extend the App support periods. but their support agent said extending support period only for their Basic buggy App and not for our customization on the App. Reference see this = > https://prnt.sc/q2rebd This makes no sense. Webkul is just need money not customers satisfactions. We are Disappointed more with their poor works / supports.
