I have been working with Webkul for more than 2 years and I find that their team is very skillful, maybe slow at times but overall quite effective. I agree that sometimes the response is slower when you receive one message per day. When you have a site running live online, you would want to solve the issue as soon as possible like maybe 10 or 15 feedbacks a day. Hope you can improve on this part. Anyway, they are still very reliable!!
