I ordered a module from them.
I was very disappointed with it because not doing the expected job. It was maybe ok with odoo12, but not acceptable under Odoo13.
So I simply ask refund, as a customer, it is my right after few days to ask refund, this is also is their sale terms conditions.
But they act like they don't care about my talk, they keep pretending everything is ok.
So very poor customer service.
I lost money and time with webkul... not commanded
