I was contacted by a lead gen firm that works for Website Closers - they had a buyer that was interested in my business. I wasn't really ready to sell, but decided to take the call. Boy am I glad I did.
The buyer they had on hand didn't end up buying the business, but we did sell about 4 months later using their firm. They took us through the entire process - we actually had 3 brokers from their team working with us, so we always had answers within minutes of asking.
Can't way enough about the firm - the old school business brokerages are in trouble.
