“I worked with Doug and Lenny through an extensive exit process of ~9 months I am genuinely so thankful to have had these guys as my brokers. Incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Always a phone call away for any of my questions. This was my first exit, so of course I had a lot of questions they've heard hundreds of times. Despite that, never an ounce of reluctance to help me out, even if they were silly ones. The process of finding my brokers was a bit stressful, and the biggest factor for finding the right fit was trust. Once I got on a call with these two I immediately knew I could trust them. Even though it was a long process, they made it an easy process for me through their hard work and dedication. Highly recommend these two, and I'm looking forward to working with them on my next exit”

“Most awkward buyer meeting I've ever been in. Attempts to ask questions about a listing were met with virtually non-existent and sarcastic responses. Basic information that would be asked on any buyer call was met with the absolute shortest response I've ever heard. "Yep", "because that's what the market calls for" and "that's the valuation we gave it" aren't enough for a buyer to make an educated decision whether to submit a funded LOI.”

“I worked with some local brokers in my hometown of Tulsa before working with Website Closers, I wasn't impressed, I had to do a lot of the work myself, And I just wasn't impressed with the effort they put in. Nate valuated my company at a higher number, and we actually got that number.I didn't think we were gonna get any offers. I paid off my house and personal debt with the sale. Nate was much more knowledgeable than previous brokers I've worked with in the past. I was very impressed with the Nate’s knowledge of and understanding of the financial documents. Nate was confident when he spoke. He’s very analytical. And I could tell, he had a lot of knowledge about the industry. He told me the good and the bad, which I appreciated. I did some research on Website Closers. And it seemed like they had a lot of successful transactions, a lot of good reviews, which made me feel even more comfortable. I felt good that I was backed up by Website Closers, and as well as a good representative of the company, Nate Lind. Nate’s not only a great business broker, but he was a good psychiatrist, and psychologist for me, I backed out maybe 10 or 15 times, and he was sympathetic to me, he wasn’t mad at all. He didn't push me in any one direction, I didn't feel pressured by any means. A good business broker such as Nate, it's not just numbers and analytical data, it's very much an emotional game, as well. And he handled that quite well.”

“There is NO way I could have sold my beauty brand business without Brent and Izach at Websiteclosers.com. From initial conversations of pricing, who and how to present the brand, they did all the heavy lifting. EXACTLY the service you would expect when dealing with high dollar financial transactions. They took care of the problems, had the hard convos on my part, and had me sign on the dotted line. They were there not only thru the whole process but even after, checking in to make sure all loose ends were taken care of. I would absolutely NOT hesitate to put your trust and business with this group.”

“Very good experience with these blokes. They were referred to our team by another group out of London that sold through them. Had a lot of headwinds with our business when we sold it, but their brokers pulled through. Probably the best business brokerage for the eCommerce and software space.”

“I was an international seller - had a good experience with this firm but a bad experience with the firm I tried using before them. They really have the whole "cross border" transaction thing nailed down and we ended up at a price I was very happy with. Very smooth and I do recommend them for international business sales.”

“I have been working with Carson Bomar at Website Closers for several years now. It started with him representing me in the sale of business. Carson went above and beyond what I feel are the responsibilities of a business broker. When I called he answered. When I emailed him, he responded immediately. This is important because this process can be a grind and frustrating, having a professional business broker like Carson on your side takes that grind and frustration away! Now I am on the search for a new business to acquire and I have already chosen Carson Bomar to represent me in negotiations. I definitely recommend using Carson Bomar as your business broker.”

“Nothing but positive things to say about this firm. I just sold my company and I was worrried if it would sell. Last year we were flyying high due to covid, but this year we were leveling out and it made it look bad from a year over year perrspective. Anyway, I feel like we did a great job of showing the strength in the business and getting past the year over year issues and found a buyer (and a bank) to do the deal. Fantastic team of people that really know what they are doing.”

I went to Nate, and he had over 40 potential buyers and everyone I got on the phone with was super qualified. We ended up getting the right buyer for the right multiple. “Just a quick note that I'm very happy with the work provided. I honestly did not think my company would sell, but they brought me 5 offers in 3 weeks and we closed in under 90 days from when we went live. Crazy. The purchase price was $2,9 million Definitely give them a chance as they seem to be far better than the other options out there based on the conversations I had before I decided on them.”

“Just closed. Took longer than what we discussed but we did get above asking price, which was definitely unexpected. Our broker pushed us hard to go the SBA route, and I was apprehensive about it since the government and banks are involved - turned out to be a pretty sweet deal - roughly 87% of the purchase price was paid to me at close - there's a seller note for the rest. All in all - very happy with this group. They are organized, know how to market businesses and only do tech.”

“Nothing but great things to say about this business brokerage. We met at the Prosper Show in Vegas - actually I met several of the aggregators out there along with website closers. The aggregators were literally giving me offers for my business on the spot at the show - I stopped by the booth and spoke to this group and they told me story after story of their experiences selling companies for 2 and sometimes 3 times more than what aggregators pay. So I decided to give them a chance and so glad I did - we received 5 offers and all of them were double what the aggregators were offering. I also believe I got much better terms in general because I had this experienced team on my side. Want my advice? Talk to these guys if you want to sell your company - avoid all the other noise out there because they are the best.”
