“I am happy with the service that was provided. After we closed, my business broker asked me if I would take the time to right a review - which I'm doing here. I told him that I couldn't give an absolute 5 stars because the process took longer than I expected. He had quoted me 3 months max and it ended up being 4 months. I understand that things happen, and in this case we had to go through 1 buyer to get to the next, but still, my expectation was 3 months. The actual service provided is the best in the business. I spoke to other brokers before making my decision and honestly my brokers and brokerages are like rats - and about as smart as one. My broker, Paul, did a fantastic job of putting together my valuation and helping me understand the process from start to finish. He even helped the buyers out with financing. The whole proces was smooth except for the time it took to close.”

“Write: "If you are looking to sell your e-commerce business, these guys know what they are doing. They will walk you through the process and are always available. They will work to help you get the absolute right buyer, and they will make sure everyone comes out on top. Can't say enough good things about them."”

“Jim Matheson marketed my busines for me. He did a great job. He priced it correctly, received substantial interest, and helped me come to an agreed upon offer. He also helped me regarding the first payment, when the buyer tried to call off the deal after all the papers were signed (jim explained to the buyer that not only would i, the seller, would sue, but also website closers would sue him). so in the end, the buyer went through wth the deal. My only complaint (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5), is that after Website closers received their payment, they were no longer interested in my problems. While website closers received all of the money they were supposed to get, I had a terrible time getting the remaining money from the buyer. With no more help from website closers, it took me months (and many emails, explanations, and threats) to get the rest of my money. It would have helped if website closers had been more involved in the entire closing process, instead of just until they received their money. i needed help explaining to the buyer the mechanics of transfering the business, as he simply refused to give me the necessary information to complete the transfer (it was an amazon busines, and this was supposed to be transferred over a period of about a month, but after the first payment on day one of the transfer process, website closers disspapeared). in the end, i received all of the money owed to me, but it would have been much better if website closers had helped facilitate the transfer of the business and the remaining payments that were due.”
