“Being new to selling my first business, Website Closers made the whole procedure straightforward and consistent. Their whole staff was involved in giving an expert administration second to none. Pretty amazing from the moment of my first call. The expertise and the professionalism is second to none. They worked diligently to get us the best deal possible and made an extensive outline that was simple for forthcoming purchasers. Our broker constantly made himself accessible to respond to our many questions and was able to handle our "rookieness" like a pro. I will definetly go with Website Closers again when I am looking to sell my next venture!”

“I had the pleasure of working with Carson Bomar and the rest of the team at WC through a complicated purchase. They are a full service shop and had great recommendations on legal and financing. Throughout the process they were able to safeguard my interests. A first time acquisition can be a gut wrenching process with many ups and downs. “I interviewed 6 different brokerages before choosing David Lylis and Website Closers. I chose David because he did the best job of looking into my business and understanding what it's value is. We listed my business at a price I was very happy with and he sold it for about 12% over asking price. Obviously I'm very very happy”

“We acquired a business that hired Website Closers as its broker. As the buyer, I can tell you WC (Tom Howard and David Lylis) represented the seller extraordinarily well throughout the process. We had a few issues come up in due diligence (as always is the case with deals) and WC worked with us and the seller to resolve in a fair manner. Even 8 months later, we still have a good relationship with the seller, demonstrating the strong relationship that WC fostered throughout the process. Top notch group that we would love to work with again when we buy our next ecom consumer goods company.”

“Website Closers enabled me to transition a dream into a reality. Searching for a business is a complex and potentially stressful situation. A trusted advisor is critical in navigating the acquisition process. This is where Tom Howard stepped in for me. He was super knowledgeable, extremely responsive and acted a trusted advisor from beginning to end of the process. I could not be happier with the level of professionalism exhibited by Tom. He also made some great referrals to assist throughout the process with items such as bank financing, due diligence, etc... I cant imagine a transaction of this magnitude with any other firm! “Working with Tom at Website Closers was a true joy. Honestly, I wasn't certain I even had a sell-able business, but after a phone call, not only was I set at ease, but encouraged by the possibility. Without Website Closers I would have radically undervalued my company and likely not even sold. Tom made me feel comfortable throughout the process, coaching me along the way and easing any discomfort along the way. Having never sold a business, I felt like I needed somebody in my corner that would confidently work for me and help guide me through the steps. He continues to followup with me during the transition. We hit if off from the start and he has become a friend that I will reach out to in the future for both business and friendly conversation. Hoping we can meet in person one day and share a meal.”

“I interviewed several brokers from different firms and decided Tom was my best bet. He's a great personable broker who is excellent at keeping both parties interested during the negotiation process. In my case the sale happened right in the middle of the coronavirus and I ended up with same terms that the buyer and I had agree to before the virus hit. Highly recommended.”

“Lassiter with Website Closers has been worth his weight in gold. The first day on the market he had five qualified buyers interested and it didn’t take long to sell. Very professional, detail oriented, always just a phone call away with our many questions and concerns during the whole process of selling our online business. Lassiter was also very knowledgeable and helpful in acquiring the SBA business loan for our buyer. Website Closers are the real deal and I have been recommending them to everyone of my online business friends.”

“Jim Matheson marketed my busines for me. He did a great job. He priced it correctly, received substantial interest, and helped me come to an agreed upon offer. He also helped me regarding the first payment, when the buyer tried to call off the deal after all the papers were signed (jim explained to the buyer that not only would i, the seller, would sue, but also website closers would sue him). so in the end, the buyer went through wth the deal. My only complaint (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5), is that after Website closers received their payment, they were no longer interested in my problems. While website closers received all of the money they were supposed to get, I had a terrible time getting the remaining money from the buyer. With no more help from website closers, it took me months (and many emails, explanations, and threats) to get the rest of my money. It would have helped if website closers had been more involved in the entire closing process, instead of just until they received their money. i needed help explaining to the buyer the mechanics of transfering the business, as he simply refused to give me the necessary information to complete the transfer (it was an amazon busines, and this was supposed to be transferred over a period of about a month, but after the first payment on day one of the transfer process, website closers disspapeared). in the end, i received all of the money owed to me, but it would have been much better if website closers had helped facilitate the transfer of the business and the remaining payments that were due.”
