I interviewed several brokers from different firms and decided Tom was my best bet. He's a great personable broker who is excellent at keeping both parties interested during the negotiation process. In my case the sale happened right in the middle of the coronavirus and I ended up with same terms that the buyer and I had agree to before the virus hit. Highly recommended.
