Had a successful closing - was as described. Their team handled the whole process and really made it easy for me. If you're thinking about selling your business, these guys seem to really be the best out there. Fees were the same as others - only real issue I had in the whole thing was how long it took the buyer to get their loan approval.

good experience - happy overall. we sold a division of our larger company, making it a very difficult deal. in the end the team stuck to it and helped. now we will be going back to them to sell some of our other assets. recommended.

Just wanted to send a quick note of thanks to the team. Our deal was closed much faster than expected and everything we were told about the process came true. We had some very solid buyers look at the business and our broker team helped us weed through the good and bad. we closed with the first buyer and so far are having no problems with the transition. thanks again and I'll definitely be back after I build the next one.

Unprofessional and hostile to female investors. My experience is mainly in SF and NY-based acquisitions so I expected a “culture difference” in Florida, but was still surprised with my engagement with this company. After receiving initial information about a company, I sent the broker my assessment that it’s last year increase in profits was due to acquiring one particular contract and asked if they had IDIQs or other more stable sources of revenue to justify their longer-term profit projections. The broker’s response was highly pejorative and insulting, as though he took umbrage at needing to provide data to prove a company’s valuation and asking price, and didn’t answer my question. I am not sure why he felt the need to bring gender into this discussion, either. It was so egregious that I forwarded the email to the founder and managing director, but did not receive a response. My impression is that this company is not skilled, catering less-sophisticated investors, and certainly did a poor job representing this particular company. I would not recommend this as a buyer or seller.

Been on both sides with the firm - as a buyer and a seller. Can't say enough about the firm - they made me a millionaire and then helped me use the money from a sale to grow more wealth. Originally as a Seller I went to them to sell a SaaS business for around $15 Million - it closed and then I rolled some of the cash I received from that into one of their other deals, which I just closed on. These guys are smart and good at what they do - I do recommend them for basically any kind of digital transaction.

After we closed our transaction (an Amazon company I built with my daughter 5 years ago), Dave (our broker) asked me if I would kindly send in a review of the firm. I don't usually do that but in this case I'm more than happy to - I understand how important it is for others trying to decide who to use. My overall assessment of the firm is that they really stand out compared to others - seems to be a very well run organization. I'm over 70 now, but back in my earlier years I sold 3 other companies and always hated having to have conversations with business brokers. The level of professionalism just wasn't ever there. That is not the case with these guys. They had my financials analyzed and a valuation in place within 2 days - and we not only found a buyer - we found 15 buyers. Not an easy decision, let me tell you. Of course the closing process was a pain in the rear, but it always is with these things. In the end, my daughter and I got more for the company than we expected and the entire process took less than 3 months. I'm impressed. Dave and the firm are worth every penny we spent on commission - they literally paid for themselves.

Stellar would be the word that comes to mind when I think about my experience with Website Closers. I interviewed 10 different brokers and wish I had gotten to Izach Porter and Brent Fisher first. I was blown away by their knowledge compared to others I interviewed. The level of service I received was second to none. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call if you are selling your business, you won't regret it.

Don't normally take the time to right reviews, but in this case it is necessary. Had a simple, yet highly professional, experience with websiteclosers.com. They are known in my circle as the go to place to sell an internet company and after being told 20 times by the people around me to not even consider an alternative, I gave them a call. The valuation they came back with seemed far too high to me. It was because of this that I called other brokers --- and they confirmed for me what I was concerned with because every one of their valuations were far lower. But I went with my gut and gave Ron and Jason a chance - and man am I glad I did. Not only did I get the valuation they originally quoted, I am now connected with an amazing group of people that purchased the business. What I found during the process of looking for a business broker was that many of them are "old school" and they really don't get how these companies work. When talking to this brokerage, I found out that most of the brokers either currently own or have exited out of internet companies. That kind of experience can't be learned in a book. Anyway - 5 stars all the way for me - well done and I will be referring business your way in the future!

I sold my business at the end of 2021. Tom Howard with Website Closers was my broker. After interviewing several brokers at other firms, Tom stood out with his knowledge of the whole process and the eCommerce market. His initial valuation of my business was a pleasant surprise and very close to the selling price. Tom was extremely responsive and diligent throughout the process. This was my first time selling a business and Tom guided me through every step of the way. I am a technical person and not well versed in accounting. Tom's expertise on the financial side with P&L statements and balance sheets was invaluable during discussions with potential buyers. It can be very stressful during phases of the process and Tom has the knack to keep both parties on task and moving toward the finish line.

Just closed a transaction with this company for a brand I built and they asked me to submit a review about our experience. I worked with a team that included 2 brokers that work as partners and they had an analyst that worked for them as well. The other brokers that I spoke with that also focus on ecommerce companies only had one guy or gal for me to work with, and none of them put me in a position where I felt like I was in good hands. With websiteclosers, it was a smooth process from the beginning. They were on the phone with me within 30 minutes of me emailing - we had a good call and then they followed up 10 minutes after our call with a list of things we needed to get started - mostly financials. By the end of that day, they had what they needed and we had another call set up. All of this took just a couple of days, and after about 4 days, I had a valuation (much higher than anybody else was quoting) and a launch date a few days later - they took care of everything from there. To skip ahead, we have 14 offers on our business. It was a whirlwind. They have such a large following that I bet there would have been far more had we no finally decided on the buyer - who did end up closing within 60 days. The team handled the whole diligence process and helped me find a lawyer that focuses in eCom ... that lawyer was also highly professional, low cost and more than adequate. Anyway I feel I owe these guys a big thank you for making my dreams come true and selling a company that I worked so hard to build. While I'm certainly not retiring, I have a nice nest egg now so that I can when I want.

I am happy with the service that was provided. After we closed, my business broker asked me if I would take the time to right a review - which I'm doing here. I told him that I couldn't give an absolute 5 stars because the process took longer than I expected. He had quoted me 3 months max and it ended up being 4 months. I understand that things happen, and in this case we had to go through 1 buyer to get to the next, but still, my expectation was 3 months. The actual service provided is the best in the business. I spoke to other brokers before making my decision and honestly my brokers and brokerages are like rats - and about as smart as one. My broker, Paul, did a fantastic job of putting together my valuation and helping me understand the process from start to finish. He even helped the buyers out with financing. The whole proces was smooth except for the time it took to close.

I was contacted by a lead gen firm that works for Website Closers - they had a buyer that was interested in my business. I wasn't really ready to sell, but decided to take the call. Boy am I glad I did. The buyer they had on hand didn't end up buying the business, but we did sell about 4 months later using their firm. They took us through the entire process - we actually had 3 brokers from their team working with us, so we always had answers within minutes of asking. Can't way enough about the firm - the old school business brokerages are in trouble.

We were under contract with Website Closers for two years and believed going in that we would fall along with their marketing messages and be sold within a year per their high percentage sales marketing language. Inside of the two years, we were presented with no fewer than four L.O.I.'s (as a fully qualified SBA seller) that all fell through. In all four instances, we were highly disappointed with the quality of the buyers - all four of whom were unable to qualify for funding with the SBA. While I believe that the people involved with us at WC had good intentions (the brokers), we were left at the alter four times with nothing to show for the hundreds of man hours invested on phone calls, preparing financial reports, and taking valuable time away from running our actual business (which had record profits the final year under contract.) I would advise anyone considering working with WC to negotiate a shorter term contract (6m vs 12) and require that any buyers submitting L.O.I.'s have pre-financing approval with proof of assets / funds prior to considering any offer. We are moving forward with a WC competitor. I found our experience with WC to be for lack of a better word heartbreaking with virtually nothing to show for our time with their agency after two years.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Brent Fisher and Izach Porter. I was astonished by their work ethic and availability to me during this process. There were a number of difficult situations that came up and they navigated them with calm expertise. I would not have sold my business without them, trust me, I tried.

Great experience as a seller with Brent Fisher & Izach Porter of Website Closers. You are in great hands with these guys. Both consummate professionals who listened closely to my goals for selling the business, then went out and executed with efficiency, integrity, and skill. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. They were available at all hours of the day for questions and advice. Matched us with a capable & qualified no B.S. buyer in a smooth win-win deal for all. Highly recommended.

I couldn't have been any more blessed than to have Jeff Hanson as my business broker. Jeff was always available to explain the process as well as discuss strategies. He is an extremely hard worker dedicated to his profession, and someone who will support you through thick or thin. I cannot recommend Jeff Hanson highly enough!

I’ve dealt with a lot of business brokers before, and I have to say that Brian Tumpane is by far the best. VERY responsive, honest, and truly cared not only about the sale of my business, but what was best for me and my family. Brian Tumpane is second to none when it comes to buying or selling a business. Highly recommend!
