Just closed. Took longer than what we discussed but we did get above asking price, which was definitely unexpected. Our broker pushed us hard to go the SBA route, and I was apprehensive about it since the government and banks are involved - turned out to be a pretty sweet deal - roughly 87% of the purchase price was paid to me at close - there's a seller note for the rest. All in all - very happy with this group. They are organized, know how to market businesses and only do tech.
