CEX Douglas sold a phone which was missing parts, water damage indicator was on and the battery was faulty. The phone was categorised as being in ‘good condition’. Customer service dreadful and shop taking no responsibility for selling a phone with all of the above. Claiming all of the above happened after the phone was bought, not willing to engage. Dreadful experience- one I will never repeat.
