I went to the Hinkley store today to pick out my dress. As someone who had no idea what my 'dream dress' looked like I was very nervous.
Katie made me feel at ease with how genuinly friendly she was within minutes and took my thoughts on board. She listened to my feedback of the dresses I tried and we managed to find THE ONE!
