I just want to say how amazing the whole team are at WED2B Rotherham and thank them so much for a memorable and effortless time in choosing my dress. Well worth the hour travelling. We were looked after from the second we entered the shop. A very welcoming greeting at the door by Jamey-Lee who spent some time to get know us and genuinely felt listened to like talking with a friend. We were then passed over to Jess to look after us from there on out. Jess was so lovely and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. She really did listen to what I liked, what I didn’t like l, and offered some amazing advice. She hand picked the most beautiful dresses all of which had elements to them that I told Jess I liked which helped massively narrow it down to finding the perfect dress for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better service, support and relaxing time there. The team made the whole experience lovely and exciting. Other WED2B colleagues we saw in passing and who made time to come over in awe of some of the dresses I tried on made us feel even more special. Couldn’t recommend Jess and the rest of the team more.
