From the moment we walked in everyone was so friendly and helpful. Tilly went above and beyond to find the perfect dress for me. All the staff were professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for helping me find the perfect dress.
The only thing I would recommend is offering tea, coffee or water on arrival. I understand no drinks policy around the dresses but maybe a facility for this on arrival and make customers aware and put signage up to say no drinks allowed in fitting rooms and around the dresses.
